By using the Smart Planet Academy website (hereinafter “the Academy”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website.

  1. Service Description

The Academy provides an online course that teaches children to solve the Rubik’s Cube in 15 days. The course includes video lessons, personalized support, and access to a private community. The Academy also offers a free personalized class and discounts on future products.

  1. Eligibility

The service is intended for children between 5 and 14 years old, although there is no maximum age limit. Minors must have the consent of their parents or guardians to use the service.

  1. Use of the Service

The user agrees to use the Academy’s service for personal and non-commercial purposes. The user must not attempt to alter the service or use it in a way that interferes with its normal operation.

  1. User Account

The user may be required to register and create an account to use certain services of the Academy. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and all activities that occur in their account.

     12. Recording of Classes

The Academy records all online classes for quality assurance, training, and safeguarding purposes. By participating in these classes, you consent to the recording. If you or the participating child do not wish to be recorded, please inform us before the start of the lesson. For further information about how these recordings are used and stored, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
