1. Information We Collect
When a parent or guardian contacts the academy, books a lesson, or purchases a service, information they choose to provide may include their name and contact details, the student's first name and age, learning goals, experience, availability, and lesson-related messages. Solves Analysis customers may also share a video of five consecutive solves so Joseph can prepare the purchased response video and PDF. Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider or platform; the academy does not ask for card details by email.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, confirm service and availability, arrange payment and lesson times, deliver coaching or purchased analysis, share progress or learning recommendations, and provide calendar links. Please have a parent or legal guardian manage contact, video sharing, and booking for students under 18.
3. Third-Party Services
Depending on the service used, information may be processed by Cal.com for scheduling and the $30 assessment payment, Stripe or another agreed payment service, Zelle, Wise, PayPal, email providers, Google Meet or Zoom, and YouTube for embedded videos. These services operate under their own privacy policies. The academy does not sell personal information to advertisers. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or private wallet keys by email or message.
4. Children's Privacy
Bookings and communications for students under 18 should be managed by a parent or legal guardian. The academy aims to collect only information needed for lessons and does not intentionally publish a student's private progress or identifying information without parental consent. Parents may contact the academy to request correction or deletion of information shared directly with it, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
